About you:
You are an experienced, hands-on accountant with robust accounting knowledge and experience across bookkeeping, month-end close and financial reporting. Organised and detail-focused, you are comfortable working independently and collaborating with colleagues across countries and time zones. You enjoy resolving accounting issues, improving processes and using financial data to provide clear, useful insights. Experience within a SaaS,



technology or international organisation would be advantageous.

The role:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will manage day-to-day accounting and month-end processes across Infonetica’s international operations. You will maintain accurate financial records, prepare reconciled trial balances and management accounts, and work with colleagues and external advisers on reporting, compliance and process improvements.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero, including posting supplier invoices, expense claims, credit card transactions and sales receipts
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including customer invoicing across the software and training businesses, payment runs and debt collection
Calculate customer renewal pricing in line with contractual terms and agreed pricing policies
Complete month-end close and prepare reconciled trial balances with supporting schedules,
