Role Description The Sales and Support Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. This role includes handling customer inquiries across phone, chat, and in-person interactions, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to all questions and concerns. The executive will manage order-related support, resolve issues, and coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve promoting Unavo’s offerings,



supporting sales initiatives, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and gathering feedback to help improve services. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and a strong focus on building long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
Customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving for order and service-related queries.
Sales and relationship-building abilities to promote offerings, upsell where appropriate, and maintain repeat business.
