About Ektie

Ektie is building an AI-native GTM platform where AI agents work together as a GTM team to research markets, identify opportunities, execute campaigns, engage prospects, manage pipeline and continuously learn from outcomes.

The platform brings together AI-powered Sales, Demand, RevOps and Creative capabilities so that businesses can run a continuously operating GTM motion rather than relying on disconnected tools and manual processes.

About the Role

We are looking for a GTM Associate to operate and oversee Ektie's own GTM motion.

This is not a conventional SDR, BDR or marketing role.

Ektie's AI agents are responsible for executing much of the repetitive GTM work. Your role is to oversee the motion, understand what is happening, make human decisions where required, improve the system, engage with prospects and create the product-led content that drives Ektie's growth.

You will work directly with Ektie's AI GTM team and use Ektie's own products every day.

You will also be one of the human faces of Ektie, speaking with prospects, making calls,



understanding their problems, conducting product demonstrations and helping turn interest into opportunities.

A significant part of your role will be using Ektie Creative to create product demo videos and other growth material that showcases Ektie and its capabilities.

You will help Ektie sell itself, using Ektie.

What You Will Do

1. Operate Ektie's AI GTM Motion
You will:

* Monitor the activity and performance of Ektie's AI GTM team.
* Review prospecting, research, outreach, campaigns and pipeline activity.
* Intervene and make decisions where human judgment is required.
* Help improve instructions, workflows, campaigns and processes.
* Keep the GTM motion moving and ensure opportunities are not getting lost.
* Turn what we learn from the market into improvements to the GTM system.

You are not expected to manually perform every GTM task. Your job is to make the AI-powered GTM motion work.
