Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at CosmoQuick is a remote internship focused on supporting HR operations and enhancing the candidate and employer experience on the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with HR documentation, helping maintain and update HR policies, and supporting personnel data management. The intern will help coordinate employee benefits information, contribute to HR-related communications,



and assist in organizing virtual onboarding or orientation materials. Additional tasks may include researching HR best practices, preparing reports or summaries for HR leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve internal HR processes and compliance.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with interest in practical HR operations.
Understanding of HR Policies and basic familiarity with compliance and workplace standards.
Awareness of Employee Advantages and the ability to support related documentation or communication.
