About the Position:
The Senior Accountant is a key member of the Financial Accounting team responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, strengthening accounting processes, and providing meaningful financial insights that support strategic business decisions. This role requires a hands-on accounting skilled who can independently manage critical accounting functions, analyze financial data, and communicate insights that drive organizational performance and growth.
What You Will Do:




Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including WIP accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, and account analysis.
Prepare financial reporting packages and analyze financial results, trends, variances, and key performance indicators.
Manage job costing activities to ensure project profitability is accurately captured, monitored, and reported.
Maintain weekly cash flow forecasting and perform ongoing financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
Serve as a key contact for internal and external audits, including preparation of schedules, supporting documentation, and audit analysis.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities through data gathering, reporting, schedule preparation, and financial analysis.
Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes, reporting, internal controls, and operational efficiency initiatives.
