L1 – DC Hands & Feet (DR + NDR – Chennai)
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 2 years relevant (entry-level IT support)
Job Overview: Provide 24×7 hands & feet onsite support at the DR site Chennai, with on-call cover for Near DR.
Key Responsibilities:
• Physical activities, health checks, and vendor escort in DR/NDR.
• Daily physical health check of all devices; follow up on observations.
• Backup tape management (insert/remove, labeling, tracking, reconciliation).
• In/out register for visitors and bank material with delivery challans.
• Remote-hands support for network/server teams.
• Prepare operational reports, capacity/utilization inputs and service metrics.
• Ensure SLA compliance, audit readiness and RBI/security policy adherence.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, KB articles and operational documentation.




• Coordinate with OEMs/vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Support DR drills, patching, vulnerability remediation and preventive maintenance.
• Participate in RCA preparation for Priority incidents.
• Follow Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management processes.
• Perform daily physical equipment health checks and media/tape handling where applicable.
• Maintain visitor/material movement registers and support vendor escort activities.
Technical Skills: DC operations, cabling, tape handling, ITSM logging.
Certifications: Preferred: ITIL Foundation
Coverage Model: Onsite 24×7 at DR Chennai; on-call for NDR
