We're Hiring B2B SEO & Organic Growth Expert at Secure-Centric Inc.
Secure-Centric Inc. helps U.S. Department of Defense contractors get CMMC certified. We're growing quick, and we need someone to build our SEO & Organic Growth from the ground up.

We're looking for the person who has personally built a B2B SEO & Organic Growth engine before and wants to do it again, at Secure-Centric.
We're not hiring the best marketer. We're hiring the best builder.

? Key Responsibilities

What You'll Own
Build and execute SEO and keyword strategies, including for a new website starting from zero
Conduct keyword research, search-intent analysis and competitor/SERP research
Own technical SEO including crawlability, indexation, redirects, internal linking and website migration requirements
Work directly with developers on SEO-friendly site architecture and implementation
Build topic clusters, pillar pages and supporting content




Personally write or heavily co-write SEO-driven blog articles and website content using AI as a productivity tool
Refresh and optimize existing content based on search performance
Use Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and similar tools to diagnose opportunities and issues
Develop backlink and topical-authority strategies
Track branded vs. non-branded traffic, impressions, clicks, CTR, rankings and qualified organic growth
Experiment with AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, LLM citations and AI-search visibility

What We're Looking For
5-8+ years total experience, with 4+ years of genuinely hands-on SEO/organic growth work (not just overseeing a team)
A real, walkable case study: starting point → problem → what you personally did → result
B2B experience — ideally SaaS, cybersecurity, IT services, managed services, enterprise software, or compliance/professional services
Direct experience with the US
