About the Role
We are looking for a Content / Script Writer with 2–3 years of experience who can independently own content creation and scriptwriting from ideation to execution.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, social media content, short-form videos and audience psychology, and should be capable of leading their own work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative and engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media formats.
Research, ideate and develop content concepts based on brand objectives, audience interests and current trends.
Write strong hooks, scripts, dialogues, captions and CTAs that drive engagement.
Take complete ownership of assigned content projects from ideation to final delivery.
Work independently and manage the content pipeline without requiring constant supervision.
Collaborate with the Social Media, Marketing, Video and Creative teams to bring scripts to life.
Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, competitor content and emerging content styles.




Adapt writing style and tone according to different platforms, campaigns and target audiences.
Work with the team on content calendars and ensure timely delivery of scripts.
Review content performance and use insights to improve future scripts and storytelling.
Take initiative to experiment with recent content formats and creative approaches.
Ensure all content is aligned with the company's brand voice and communication guidelines.

Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience in content writing, scriptwriting, social media content or a similar role.
Strong experience in writing short-form video scripts and social media content.
Excellent storytelling and creative writing skills.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts and digital content trends.
Ability to write attention-grabbing hooks and engaging narratives.
Ability to independently manage work, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
