IdeaNix is looking for an ambitious, proactive and commercially minded International Business Development & Sales Growth Associate who wants hands-on experience in lead generation, B2B sales, proposal development, client acquisition, negotiation, deal closing and digital growth.
This is not a traditional sales-support internship.
We are looking for someone who can actively contribute to the complete business development cycle:
Research → Find Prospects → Generate Leads → Outreach → Qualify → Book Meetings → Understand Requirements → Prepare Proposals → Follow Up → Negotiate → Close
Alongside sales and business development, you will also contribute to IdeaNix's LinkedIn and Instagram growth, helping us build our brand, engage with the right audience and create opportunities through digital channels.




Your Mission
Your primary objective will be to generate qualified business opportunities and help convert them into paying IdeaNix clients.
You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team and gain direct exposure to real prospects, business conversations, proposals, negotiations and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Research and identify potential clients across India and international markets.
Identify startups, founders, SMEs, enterprises, institutions and organizations that could benefit from IdeaNix.
Research industries, companies, business models and potential use cases.
Identify relevant decision-makers and stakeholders.
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
Continuously develop and grow the sales pipeline.
