Job Summary:
We are looking for a Creative Writer who knows how to make people stop scrolling, start watching, and keep watching. Someone with exceptional storytelling ability, strong digital sensibilities, and a strategic mindset to join our creative team.
You should be a strong storyteller with a sharp understanding of digital content and what makes an idea work on screen. From a simple brief, you should be able to build an interesting hook, a compelling narrative, and a script that makes an audience care - whether it is a 15-second Reel, a performance ad, a creator-led video, a social film, or a branded piece of content.




You should understand the difference between writing something people want to watch and writing something that makes them take action - and know how to do both.

Key Responsibilities :
Write engaging, entertaining and conversion-focused scripts for Reels, Meta ads, YouTube videos, social films, creator collaborations and branded content.
Develop strong hooks, narratives and concepts that grab attention within the first few seconds.
Turn client briefs, product USPs, consumer insights, trends and everyday observations into interesting video ideas and scripts.
Write content that works across different formats - from short-form performance ads to creator videos and larger digital campaigns.
Understand what makes people stop, watch, relate, share and act, and bring that understanding into your writing.
Develop culturally relevant digital-first ideas that brands can own and build upon.
Work closely with designers, video teams, creators and strategists to take an idea from brief t
