Role Description The Business Development Executive will work full time on-site from LearningShala’s office in Noida, focusing on expanding the organization’s student and partner base.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads through multiple channels, and conducting outreach to prospective students, institutional partners, and corporate stakeholders. The role involves managing and growing accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and collaborating closely with counseling, marketing, and operations teams to align business growth with learner needs. The Business Development Executive will also prepare proposals, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, track performance against targets, and contribute insights to improve our outreach strategies and services.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
