As a Manager, IT Infrastructure, SD-WAN, LAN, Wireless & Identity Services you will lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and continually improving enterprise network capabilities. This role focuses on developing people, building organizational capability, driving strategic priorities, and ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and scalable network services that create value for Koch businesses. The individual will partner closely with Architecture, Security, Operations, and Business Stakeholders to align execution with business outcomes

The team works closely with Architecture, Security, Operations, and business stakeholders to modernize network capabilities, improve service reliability, strengthen security posture, and enable scalable business growth.

Conduct performance management, career development, succession planning, and talent assessments.

Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams.

Strategy, Planning & Prioritization

Partner with business, architecture, and technology leaders to establish priorities and align resources to the highest-value opportunities.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
Balance delivery commitments, technical debt reduction, modernization efforts, and operational needs.
