Job Title: Full Stack Engineer – AEM + React JS
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and React JS. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable AEM customizations, modern React-based applications, enterprise integrations, and cloud-ready solutions.
The role requires hands-on experience in AEM Development, React JS, REST/GraphQL APIs, AEM Cloud, CI/CD, integrations, and DevOps. Experience with AI/GenAI and RAG solutions will be a robust advantage.
Key Responsibilities
1. AEM Development & Customization
Design and develop custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
Build scalable and reusable AEM solutions using:
Sling Models
Sling Servlets
OSGi Services
HTL (Sightly)
JCR Repository
Develop and maintain Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and Editable Templates.
Follow AEM best practices for performance, maintainability, scalability, and security.
Configure and optimize AEM Dispatcher caching and content delivery.




Troubleshoot and resolve AEM application and production issues.
2. Full Stack Development – React JS
Design and develop modern web applications using React JS and related ecosystem libraries.
Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable component-based front-end architectures.
Develop and integrate REST APIs and GraphQL services.
Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces aligned with WCAG standards.
Collaborate with UX designers, architects, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
3. AEM Cloud & DevOps
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using:
Adobe Cloud Manager
Git
Maven
Jenkins
Participate in code reviews, QA, deployments, and release activities.
Support AEM Cloud environments and deployment processes.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
