Role Overview
Adila Jewels is looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing & E-commerce Executive to help manage our digital presence and grow our D2C business.
The role combines social media, content creation, Shopify website management, performance marketing support and reporting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced growing brand and taking ownership of day-to-day digital activities.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
Plan and manage monthly Instagram and Facebook content calendars.
Develop ideas and briefs for posts, Reels, Stories and campaigns.
Write engaging captions, hooks and CTAs.
Coordinate content creation, influencers and UGC collaborations.
Monitor social media performance, trends and competitor activity.
Shopify & E-commerce
Manage and regularly update the Shopify website.
Upload products, descriptions, pricing, images, tags and collections.
Update homepage banners, offers,



promotional content and landing pages.
Ensure product information, pricing and stock availability are accurate.
Support basic SEO and website optimization.
Monitor website traffic, conversion rate and customer experience.
Performance Marketing Support
Review Meta and Google advertising performance with the agency/marketing team.
Track key metrics including spend, CTR, CPC, conversions and ROAS.
Identify successful creatives, audiences and campaigns.
Recommend new creative ideas, offers and landing-page improvements.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare simple weekly and monthly performance reports.
Track social media, website and marketing KPIs.
Identify what is working, what isn't and recommend clear next actions.
