Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily Flipkart and D2C order operations from order processing to dispatch.
* Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per defined SLA and cut-off timelines.
* Monitor pending orders, ageing, cancellations, backlogs, and operational exceptions.
* Track inventory availability, Fill Rate, OOS and stock-related issues.
* Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory Planning, Logistics and Customer Care teams.
* Monitor pickup and delivery TAT, NDR, RTO and return-related issues.
* Maintain operational hygiene across Marketplace, OMS and ERP systems.
* Track Flipkart SLA compliance, inventory synchronization and fulfilment performance.
* Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports covering orders, dispatch, backlog, Fill Rate and exceptions.
* Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for recurring operational issues and ensure timely corrective action.
* Support process improvement,



automation and SOP implementation.
* Guide and monitor executives working across respective business channels.
* Proactively identify and escalate critical operational risks to the Senior Operations Manager.

Preferred Profile
* 4–7 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace or D2C Operations.
* Working knowledge of Flipkart Seller Panel / Marketplace Operations preferred.
* Strong understanding of order fulfilment, inventory, logistics and returns.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/OMS and data analysis.
* Solid coordination, ownership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple operational priorities and work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
