Role Description The Study Abroad Counsellor will guide students through the entire process of exploring and applying to international universities and programs. This full time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves conducting counselling sessions, understanding student profiles and aspirations, and recommending suitable courses and destinations.



The counsellor will assist with application forms, documentation, and timelines, while coordinating with partner institutions and internal teams for smooth processing. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, organizing information sessions or webinars, maintaining accurate student records in CRM or database systems, and staying updated on global education trends, admission requirements, and visa processes.
Qualifications
Strong counselling and advisory skills, including the ability to understand student goals, provide unbiased guidance, and build trust with diverse learners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for explaining complex information clearly, conducting one-on-one and group sessions, and collaborating with teams and partner institutions.
