Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and result-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead Bon La Vie’s online revenue growth through paid advertising.
This role is responsible for customer acquisition, scaling paid campaigns, improving ROAS, and building a sustainable D2C growth engine.
This is a revenue-linked role — performance matters.

Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Paid Advertising Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)
Structure cold, warm, and retargeting campaigns
Scale winning campaigns profitably
Test new audiences, creatives, and funnels

2️⃣ Revenue & ROAS Ownership
Own CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
Maintain target ROAS benchmarks
Monitor daily ad performance
Control budget allocation
Scale profitable ad sets

3️⃣ Funnel Optimization
Improve landing page performance
Work with Website Manager for CRO




Optimize checkout journey
Reduce cart abandonment
Improve AOV via bundles & upsells

4️⃣ Creative Testing Strategy
Work closely with content team
Identify winning hooks & angles
Test UGC-style creatives
Provide data-driven feedback to creators
Plan monthly creative roadmap

5️⃣ Data & Analytics
Track performance using:
Meta Ads Manager
Google Analytics (GA4)
Shopify reports
Weekly reporting to founder
Monitor LTV vs CAC
Identify scaling opportunities

6️⃣ Retention Marketing (Preferred)
Email marketing strategy
WhatsApp automation flows
Retargeting campaigns
Repeat purchase strategy

Required Skills
2–5 years experience in performance marketing (D2C preferred)
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
Valuable understanding of Google Ads
Deep understanding of ad funnels
Experience scaling campaigns to ₹5L+ monthly budgets
Strong analytical mindset
Comfortable working with data
