As a Management Trainee – Founder's Office, you'll work closely with the Founder on everything from operations to marketing, partnerships, and community building. No two days will be the same

What You'll Do
? Coordinate with coaches, mentors, and industry experts.
? Assist the Founder in day-to-day business execution and operations.




? Connect with program participants and ensure an exceptional learner experience.
? Support LinkedIn marketing, content publishing, and community engagement.
? Help manage projects, research, reports, and strategic initiatives.
? Take ownership of special projects that help grow OutSmart.

Who We're Looking For
Recent graduate/Master's degree/MBAs (any discipline).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Self-starter with a "figure it out" mindset.
Comfortable using AI tools, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and productivity apps.
Curious, proactive, and excited by startups.
