Product Management – Job Description

Experience

3–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Product Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and analyze customer funnels and digital customer journeys, including conversion, drop-offs, engagement, and customer behavior.
Translate business and customer requirements/problems into product requirements.
Extract, analyze,



and interpret data to support product decisions.
Work with SQL, Excel, APIs, and system integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product initiatives.
Support AI / Gen AI use cases and product initiatives.
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and drive solutions.
Support A/B testing and analyze results to improve product performance.

Required Skills

3–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Product Analytics.
Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, APIs, and system integrations.
Understanding of customer funnels and digital customer journeys.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
