Role Description The Influencer Marketing Manager will oversee end-to-end influencer collaborations to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition for SalonTym – Salon At Home. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves identifying and onboarding relevant influencers across social platforms, negotiating partnerships,



and managing campaign calendars. The person in this role will design influencer marketing strategies, brief creators, coordinate content production, and ensure brand guidelines and messaging are consistently met. They will monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, analyze engagement data, and prepare regular reports to optimize future collaborations. Day-to-day work also includes close coordination with social media, performance marketing, and creative teams to integrate influencer initiatives into broader marketing plans and to support new service launches and promotions.
Qualifications
Experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with creators across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
