Job Overview
We are looking for a mid-level Sales / Business Development professional with experience in semiconductor engineering services to drive bench deployment, current client acquisition, existing account growth and new business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Generate business opportunities for VLSI / Semiconductor Design Services.
Drive bench sales by identifying suitable client requirements and opportunities.
Acquire new semiconductor/product company clients and build long-term relationships.
Manage existing client accounts and identify new projects and resource requirements.
Generate and qualify requirements across RTL, DV, DFT, Physical Design, Analog/Mixed-Signal, Layout and Embedded domains.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical, delivery and recruitment teams for suitable resources.
Drive resource augmentation, turnkey projects and ODC opportunities.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and requirement gathering through proposal, negotiation and closure.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and regular follow-ups to develop business relationships.
Required Skills
4–8 years of experience in Semiconductor / VLSI / Engineering Services Sales or Business Development.
Good understanding of VLSI/ASIC and semiconductor engineering services.
Proven experience in client acquisition, account management and requirement generation.
Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into business/revenue.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Existing network within semiconductor / electronics / product companies is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
