Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical direction and Lead full-stack, multi-disciplinary engineering function covering Angular/TypeScript frontends, C#/.NET backend services and integration with SignalR.
Experience in developing Python3.10 backend services.
Own delivery from backlog shaping and requirements clarification through estimation, planning, execution, test completion, release readiness and post-delivery stabilization
Lead architecture and design reviews, govern engineering standards, and ensure technical decisions align with the architecture team and broader product strategy.
Drive quality engineering across unit, component, API, integration,



regression and end-to-end testing using Playwright and Oversee defect triage and root-cause analysis
Coordinate with UX, Product Management to translate user and workflow needs into consistent, responsive and maintainable product experiences.
Coordinate with DevOps and release owners on CI/CD, container images, Kubernetes environments, package/dependency management, configuration, vulnerability scanning, SBOM and release-build expectations.
Coach team members, conduct constructive reviews, support performance and competency development, manage delivery and technical risks, and communicate status, decisions and escalations to stakeholders.
Ensure authentication, authorization, session management, performance, reliability, browser compatibility, maintainability and data consistency are addressed throughout the lifecycle.
Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
