This is NOT a Social Media Management internship.
We are NOT looking for someone whose primary skills are:
Managing Instagram accounts
Creating content calendars
Posting content created by someone else

We are looking for a Content Creator.
Someone who can take a Reel from IDEA → SCRIPT → CAMERA → SHOOT → EDIT → FINAL VIDEO.

If you love being in front of the camera, shooting content, editing Reels and constantly thinking “I could make a Reel out of this”, keep reading.

About Shahi Serve
Shahi Serve is building a up-to-date Indian food brand rooted in the food we grew up loving.
We’re starting with Awadhi cuisine from Lucknow — think proper kebabs, kormas and gravies, made using authentic recipes and real ingredients, without preservatives or unnecessary additives.
Our goal? Take India’s incredible regional food culture and make it exciting,



accessible and relevant to a new generation.
And we’re looking for someone who can be a big part of that story — including being in front of the camera..

What you'll actually be doing
You will be responsible for creating short-form video content end-to-end.

? 1. COME UP WITH THE IDEA
You should be able to look at a product, situation, trend or random thought and say:
“Wait… this could be a Reel.”
You'll:
Brainstorm Reel concepts
Find interesting hooks
Develop simple scripts/storylines
Adapt trends to the Shahi Serve brand
Think about what will actually make someone stop scrolling

? 2. BE IN THE VIDEO
Yes, you may have to be on camera.
We want creators who are comfortable:
Talking to camera
Hosting videos
Doing food reactions
Explaining products
Telling stories
Trying different personalities/formats
Being natural rather than sounding like they're reading a corporate script
You don't need to be an influencer
