REQUIREMENT FOR APPLICATION SUPPORT / MIDDLEWARE ADMINISTRATOR
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete production lifecycle of business applications, including installation, configuration, deployment, upgrades, monitoring, vulnerability management, and decommissioning.
Provide L2 Application Support for critical business applications.




Monitor applications and troubleshoot production issues related to APIs, middleware, message queues, databases, and application integrations.
Perform application installation, configuration, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Provide hands-on administration and support for OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
Support and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, and JFrog Artifactory.
Administer and troubleshoot middleware technologies including WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss, IBM MQ, and Informatica PowerCenter.
Support databases including Oracle and MS SQL Server.
Administer and troubleshoot applications across Linux, AIX, and Windows operating systems.
Monitor application health, availability, performance, and capacity.
Troubleshoot application, middleware, API, messaging, and integration failures.
Participate in application deployments, upgrades, patching, vulnerability remediation, and workplace maintenance.
