About The Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Visual Content Creator to strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms and enhance the visual quality of our communications and marketing assets. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling through design, video, and multimedia content, and wants to contribute to a growing organisation’s brand identity.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual and multimedia content across social media, internal communication, presentations, marketing collateral, and more.

Capabilities

Graphic Design
Design eye-catching social media creatives: posts, carousels, banners, covers, etc.
Create branded templates for announcements, hiring posts, testimonials, and internal updates
Design creatives for company events and occasions
Develop infographics, visual reports,



and data-driven graphics
Create emailers, headers, and other digital design assets
Video Production & Editing
Shoot and edit short-form videos (office culture, BTS, day-in-the-life, etc.)
Edit and produce client testimonials or internal team interviews
Transform blogs or service highlights into animated explainer videos or reels
Create event highlight videos for anniversaries, festivals, CSR events, etc.
Social Media Content Creation
Plan, design, and schedule platform-specific content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Create captions, hashtags, and interactive elements like polls, stories, and quizzes
Repurpose long-form content (blogs, case studies) into short-form creative assets
Photography
Capture candid office photos, events, team activities, employee headshots
Build a high-quality photo bank for brand use across projects
