Position: Softwzare Test engineer

Experience: 5+ Years

Notice Period: Can be considered up 15 Days

Roles And Responsibilities

Review requirements and acceptance criteria and prepare clear functional, negative, boundary, integration and regression test scenarios.
Develop and maintain UI and end-to-end automation using Playwright and/or Cypress and contribute to API and service-level automated test
Test web, backend, API, messaging, data and device-connected workflows, including navigation, state changes, error handling and data consistency.
Execute smoke, functional, integration, regression, browser-compatibility and release-validation suites and record accurate test evidence.
Reproduce and document defects with clear steps, logs,



screenshots or traces; retest fixes and verify impacted workflows end to end.
Run automated tests in CI/CD pipelines and support failure analysis in Docker and Kubernetes test environments.
Collaborate with developers and senior testers to clarify behavior, Improve testability and maintain effective regression coverage.
Maintain test cases, automation assets, defect records and quality documentation
Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation or a related engineering discipline; equivalent demonstrable experience may be considered.

5 to 6 years of relevant software testing experience with practical UI/API automation, integrated-system validation, defect investigation and Agile product-delivery exposure.
