About the Role
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented professional to drive the Personalization & QR Code-led customer engagement initiative across all stores.
The role will be responsible for driving QR-code scans, converting non-members into First Citizen Club (FCC) members, and ensuring that existing loyalty members receive relevant, personalized offers based on their shopping behaviour and history.
The incumbent will work closely with Retail Operations, Marketing, Loyalty, Technology, CRM and Store HR teams to ensure strong adoption and execution at store level.
Key Responsibilities
1. QR Code & Sales Conversion
Drive adoption and usage of the QR-based personalized shopping experience across all stores.
Develop strategies to achieve the targeted 15% QR scan rate.
Monitor QR scans, customer engagement and sales generated through the initiative.




Identify gaps at store/cluster level and drive corrective actions.
Track the business impact of the program and maximize sales conversion.
2. Customer Personalization
Ensure customers receive relevant and personalized offers based on their shopping history and behaviour.
Analyse customer purchase patterns and identify opportunities for targeted offers.
Work with CRM/Marketing teams to improve personalization and customer response.
3. FCC Enrolment
Drive conversion of non-members scanning the QR code into FCC members.
Monitor enrolment performance store-wise and team-wise.
Develop interventions to improve enrolment conversion.
Partner with store teams to ensure every eligible customer is educated about the experience.
4. Store Execution
Drive implementation across all stores and ensure consistent execution.
Train and enable store teams on the QR experience, customer pitch and enrolment process.
