We’re building a brand that brings together wellness, lifestyle, taste and community — and we’re now looking to expand our B2B presence across India.

The Role
We’re looking for a highly driven B2B Sales & Business Development Executive to build and grow Midori Life’s offline B2B business.
You will be responsible for identifying potential partners, pitching our products, sending samples, closing accounts and building long-term relationships.

You’ll work across:
Cafés & specialty coffee shops
Gyms & fitness studios
Pilates & yoga studios
Hotels & hospitality
Wellness stores
Corporate wellness
Other lifestyle & wellness businesses
What You'll Do
Identify and build a strong pipeline of potential B2B customers




Reach out to cafés, gyms, studios, hotels and wellness businesses through calls, WhatsApp, email and in-person meetings
Introduce Midori Life products and understand each partner's requirements
Coordinate product sampling and trials
Conduct sales meetings and product presentations
Negotiate pricing, MOQs and commercial terms
Convert leads into recurring B2B accounts
Maintain relationships with existing partners and drive repeat orders
Track leads, follow-ups, conversions and sales targets
Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Continuously identify new B2B opportunities and partnership channels

What We're Looking For
0-1 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, FMCG, F&B;, wellness, hospitality or a related industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong ability to generate leads and close sales
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
