ClearView is looking for a Salesforce Engineer to join our Information Technology team. This role covers Platform Configuration/Development, System Administration/Integration/Support, and User Enablement and Adoption. The primary focus will be hands-on platform development and administration/integration, with user enablement and adoption as a supporting responsibility. This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction, adapt to changing demands, and identify opportunities for process improvement.



This position will work in our India office but will be responsible for ClearView’s Salesforce platform globally.
Responsibilities
Platform Configuration and Development
ClearView has locations in Massachusetts, New York, California, United Kingdom, Switzerland and India. This position will be responsible for configuring and maintaining ClearView’s Salesforce org to support business processes across all locations, including declarative configuration of objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, permission sets and reports.
Build recent functionality where it does not exist today to support business development, project delivery, expert network, and finance workflows.
Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and the Salesforce APIs where declarative tools are insufficient.
Apply Salesforce development best practices, including bulkification, governor-limit-aware design, automated testing, error handling and logging, asynchronous processi
