Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM Executive / Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain CRM data, coordinate sales activities, and support the business development team throughout the customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working with CRM systems, sales teams, emails, calls, and follow-ups.
The role will involve managing leads and customer information, ensuring timely follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams, tracking opportunities, and preparing sales/customer reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM & Customer Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer,



prospect, and lead information in the CRM.
Create and update leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, and follow-ups.
Ensure proper data entry and CRM hygiene.
Track the complete customer journey from lead generation to closure and post-sales support.
Regularly update customer interactions, meeting notes, call records, and communication history.

2. Lead & Follow-Up Management
Receive and manage leads generated through website, email, campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
Assign or coordinate leads with the appropriate sales/business development team members.
Monitor pending follow-ups and ensure timely action.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and other skilled communication channels.
Track lead status and identify inactive or lost opportunities for further action.
3. Sales Coordination
Coordinate with Business Development Managers, Sales Teams, Presales, Tec
