Role Overview: The Senior ServiceNow Developer will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow CMDB solutions for the AI Inventory project. This role serves as the technical authority on ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB data modeling, integration patterns, and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Design and architect the ServiceNow CMDB solution aligned with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) standards and organizational requirements.
Lead the development and configuration of AI Inventory for tracking AI agents, models, and MCP components.
Implement ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping processes to automate asset visibility and dependency mapping.
Design integration patterns between ServiceNow CMDB and external systems including Databricks, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools using REST/SOAP APIs.
Develop custom applications, workflow
