Job Description:
We are seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead to guide hands-on development for a Salesforce Lightning migration and Patient 360 implementation. This role will translate architecture into build execution, lead developers, review code/configuration, and ensure delivered components are testable, maintainable, and ready for regulated validation.

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead day-to-day technical delivery for Lightning migration, Patient 360, data migration support, integrations, reporting continuity, and enhancements.
● Break architecture and user stories into development tasks, estimates, technical designs, and build assignments.
● Guide conversion of Visualforce, buttons, page layouts, console patterns, and deprecated workflow patterns into Lightning-aligned solutions.
● Lead development of Apex, LWC where required, Flow/configuration, integration updates, and data-handling logic.
● Review code and configuration for quality, security, performance, maintainability, test coverage, and Salesforce best practices.
● Coordinate Copado/source-control based delivery with the QA team to ensure each build is testable, traceable, and ready for validation activities.
● Support data migration and Patient 360 sync-down implementation, including field mappings, exception handling, and regression checks.
● Mentor developers and provide clear technical guidance across offshore build activities.
Qualifications:
● 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.
● Solid hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce migration, Flow, Salesforce APIs, and Service Cloud/Sales Cloud configuration.
● Experience leading teams through Salesforce Lightning migration or CRM modernization programs.
