Social Media Manager
Location: Sahakar Nagar, Pune
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Experience: 0–6 Months
Salary: ₹12,000 per month

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager who understands social media, keeps up with trends, and can manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate social media accounts for multiple clients.
Plan and schedule social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Identify new trends, formats, audios, memes, and content opportunities.
Come up with fresh reel, post, story, and campaign ideas for different brands.
Write clear and engaging captions and social media copy.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members for content execution.
Maintain content calendars and ensure all posts and deliverables go live on time.
Keep track of client requirements, feedback, revisions, and deadlines.
Research competitors and relevant industry trends.




Assist in basic content creation and design using Canva.
Ensure consistency in brand communication and tone across all platforms.
Requirements
Excellent English proficiency is mandatory, both spoken and written.
Basic knowledge of Canva is required.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and current social media trends.
Ability to identify trending content and turn it into relevant ideas for brands.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Must be organised and able to follow timelines and deadlines.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas regularly.
Basic understanding of captions, hashtags, reels, stories, and social media content formats.
Freshers and candidates with 0–6 months of experience can apply.
