About the Role:-
We are looking for an experienced CRM Lead to lead our customer relationship and retention initiatives. The role will be responsible for developing CRM strategies, driving customer engagement and retention, managing lifecycle campaigns, leveraging automation and analytics, and leading the CRM team to deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:-
1.CRM Strategy & Customer Retention
Develop and execute end-to-end CRM and retention strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive customer engagement, repeat purchases, reactivation, and customer lifetime value.
2.Campaign & Lifecycle Management
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and other CRM channels.
Build customer journeys across different lifecycle stages with a focus on conversion and retention.
3.Customer Segmentation & Personalization
Develop meaningful customer segments based on behaviour, purchase history, engagement, and lifecycle stage.




Drive personalized communication and offers to improve customer experience and campaign performance.
4.Automation, Analytics & Optimization
Identify opportunities for CRM automation and build scalable customer journeys.
Track and analyze key metrics such as retention, repeat purchase rate, conversion, engagement, revenue, and CLV.
Use insights and A/B testing to continuously improve CRM performance.
5.Revenue & Growth
Identify opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, repeat purchases, and customer reactivation through CRM initiatives.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data teams to deliver CRM-led revenue growth.
6.Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the CRM team while ensuring timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
Establish explicit goals, performance metrics, reporting mechanisms, and processes for the CRM function.
