Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Raipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing leads, and building strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding customer needs, proposing suitable solutions, and negotiating terms to close sales. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, preparing reports,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer follow-up. The Sales Executive is expected to meet sales targets, stay informed about market trends, and represent Aekansh Group professionally in all client interactions.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in sales, business development, or client relationship management, ideally in a similar industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain products and services clearly and confidently.
Proven organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining pipelines, documentation, and follow-up activities.
Comfort with using basic digital tools and CRM or sales tracking systems to manage leads and customer information.
Ability to work independently on-site in Raipur while collaborating effectively with team members and management.
