Role Description The Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This position supports the CEO with daily administrative and organizational tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel,



and preparing agendas and documentation. The Personal Assistant will screen and prioritize emails and calls, maintain records and files, and ensure follow-ups on action items and deadlines. The role involves liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, organizing events or business meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion. The Personal Assistant is expected to anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and help the CEO focus on strategic activities.
Qualifications

Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to support high-level leadership and daily office operations.
Proven experience in Personal Assistance, including managing confidential information, coordinating schedules, and providing proactive support.
