About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Partnership who can build strong relationships with brands and bring paid business opportunities, brand deals, sponsorships, and collaborations for our influencers/creators.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach brands, agencies & potential partners for influencer collaborations.
- Generate paid brand deals and sponsorship opportunities for influencers/creators.
- Build and maintain a strong network of brands and marketing agencies.
- Pitch influencer profiles and collaboration ideas to relevant brands.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines & partnership terms.
- Develop customized brand partnership proposals and campaign ideas.
- Manage partnerships from initial outreach to deal closure and execution.




- Maintain a healthy sales/partnership pipeline and achieve business targets.
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat brand business.

Requirements
- Some experience in Brand Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, - Business Development, Creator Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bringing brand deals/business for influencers or creators.
- Existing network/relationships with brands, agencies & marketing professionals is highly preferred.
- Strong business development, pitching and negotiation skills.
- Positive understanding of the influencer & creator economy.
- Target-driven with the ability to independently close partnerships.

Ideal Candidate
Someone who doesn't just manage influencer campaigns but knows how to bring business for influencers — from finding the right brand and pitching to negotiation and closing the deal.
