Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation Executive at GIRI Hotels in Ahmedabad. The Reservation Executive will handle room bookings, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure seamless guest reservation experiences. Responsibilities include managing reservation systems, maximizing booking rates, maintaining updated information on room availability,



and providing exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. The individual will also collaborate with the sales team to optimize client relationships and secure bookings.

Qualifications
Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
Exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction skills
Proficiency in reservation management and handling booking systems
Knowledge of sales processes and the ability to convert leads into reservations
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is an advantage
Proficiency in relevant software tools or property management systems is beneficial
A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
