Role Description The SAP ABAP Lead is a full time remote role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SAP ABAP solutions that support complex business processes across SAP modules. In this role, the SAP ABAP Lead will translate functional requirements into technical specifications, build and optimize custom programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms,



and ensure adherence to coding and performance standards. The position includes collaborating closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders, performing code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvements in existing solutions. The SAP ABAP Lead will also guide junior developers, contribute to solution architecture discussions, and support project lifecycles from design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
Excellent Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, evaluate options, and deliver data-driven technical recommendations.
Consulting experience, including stakeholder communication, requirement gathering, and solution presentation in a client-focused environment.
