About the Role
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and enterprise customers.
You will understand customer requirements, design migration solutions, conduct technical demonstrations, lead POCs, and help customers evaluate CloudFuze as the right solution for their cloud migration needs.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand technical and business requirements.
Conduct technical product demonstrations and solution presentations.
Design cloud migration strategies based on customer environments.
Plan and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs)



from setup to customer validation.
Support Sales during customer meetings and technical evaluations.
Troubleshoot technical issues during demos and POCs.
Prepare technical proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and solution documentation.
Work with Product and Engineering teams on customer requirements and integrations.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Cloud Support.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, or Slack.
Understanding of cloud migration, REST APIs, OAuth, and authentication.
Experience with technical demos, presentations, and customer-facing engagements.
Solid communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with enterprise customers
