About the Role
Agadh is looking for a Senior Meta Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in scaling Indian D2C/e-commerce brands.
You’ll own Meta Ads performance, drive profitable growth, work closely with the creative team, and manage/mentor a team of media buyers.

What You’ll Do
Own strategy, execution, optimization and scaling of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Manage campaigns across the funnel with a focus on ROAS, CAC/CPA and revenue growth.
Analyze performance and continuously test audiences, creatives, hooks, offers and campaign structures.
Work with the creative team to develop and scale high-performing UGC and ad creatives.
Manage, guide and mentor the Meta Ads/media buying team and ensure execution quality.
Track and troubleshoot Pixel, tracking, attribution and conversion data.
Identify winning campaigns and scale them while maintaining profitability.
Share performance insights and growth opportunities with the team.




Must-Have
5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads / Media Buying experience.
Mandatory experience with Indian D2C/e-commerce brands.
Mandatory prior digital/performance marketing agency experience.
Experience managing large monthly ad budgets.
Solid understanding of Pixel, tracking, attribution and campaign scaling.
Experience managing or mentoring a team.
Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR and revenue metrics.
Comfortable working hybrid from Mumbai.
Preferred
Experience managing ₹50L+ monthly Meta Ad budgets.
Strong creative/UGC testing experience.
Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates preferred.

Candidates who can share relevant case studies demonstrating their Meta Ads performance, scaling experience, budgets managed and results achieved will be given preference
