Jr. Precast Detailer – Job Description
Position: Jr. Precast Detailer
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Structural Engineering, or related field

Key Responsibilities

Prepare precast concrete shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings.
Develop and modify precast models/details using Revit.
Interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
Create accurate reinforcement, embeds, connections, dimensions, and material details.
Coordinate with Senior Detailers, Engineers, and Project Teams to resolve drawing/modeling issues.
Follow project standards, detailing practices, and quality requirements.
Perform self-checks and incorporate review comments.

Required Skills

Basic to positive knowledge of Revit and 3D modeling.
Understanding of precast concrete components and reinforcement detailing.
Ability to read structural/architectural drawings.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Good attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred: Exposure to US precast detailing standards/codes and experience with precast modeling workflows.
