Role Description The Website Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing and updating the company website, ensuring accurate product listings, smooth user experience, and alignment with Karnam’s brand and sustainability values. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining content across pages,



coordinating product launches and campaigns, monitoring site performance, and collaborating with design, marketing, and operations teams. The Website Manager will track key metrics, improve navigation and layout, support e-commerce functions such as catalog updates and promotions, and troubleshoot website issues with internal and external partners. The role also involves implementing best practices for accessibility, SEO, and performance to support Karnam’s growth and customer engagement.
