About The Role

We are looking for an MBA student who is interested in Sales, Business Development, and Client Acquisition.

As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with the team to identify potential clients, initiate conversations with businesses, understand their hiring requirements, and support the process of acquiring new clients.

This is a hands-on role where you will get practical exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, cold outreach, client communication, and recruitment consulting.

What You'll Do





Research and identify potential clients and businesses with hiring requirements.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other relevant channels.
Reach out to founders, HR professionals, and decision-makers.
Initiate conversations and understand potential clients' hiring needs.
Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
Maintain and update lead and prospect databases.
Follow up with prospects and support the client acquisition process.
Assist in preparing proposals and communicating our recruitment services.
Track outreach, responses, meetings, and conversions.
Learn and apply different B2B sales and business development strategies.

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing an MBA, preferably in the 1st or 2nd year.
Preference for candidates specializing in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
