Role Description The Business Development Executive/Manager (BDEM) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. The BDEM will manage client accounts, nurture long-term relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and tailored solutions.



Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, attending client meetings, preparing presentations, negotiating contracts, and tracking performance against sales targets. The role requires close coordination with the events and operations teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
Qualifications

Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
Business acumen and Account Management skills to handle client portfolios, maintain relationships, and drive repeat business.
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably within events, marketing, or related service industries.
