Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective and existing clients, and supporting revenue growth for Aspirence’s digital transformation services. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, generating leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.



The role also involves collaborating closely with marketing, branding, and tech teams to align client needs with Aspirence’s solutions, tracking sales performance, and providing regular pipeline and forecasting reports. This is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow, requiring consistent presence for client engagement, internal coordination, and local market development.

Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
