Job Summary





We are looking for a motivated IT Support Associate to provide day-to-day technical assistance to employees and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user-access issues while maintaining proper IT documentation and asset records.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for laptops, desktops, printers, applications, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Internet, DNS, and DHCP issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and approved software.
Support user onboarding/offboarding, account setup, and IT equipment allocation.
Manage and update IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation.
Assist with network devices, Microsoft 365, IP phones, CCTV, attendance systems, and other IT infrastructure.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel or vendors.
Follow IT policies, SOPs, security practices, and support procedures
