Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Home Chef role based in Bengaluru. The Home Chef will plan and prepare high-quality, home-style meals, following Gaaloh’s standards for taste, hygiene, and presentation. Responsibilities include designing daily or weekly menus, sourcing and managing ingredients, cooking to order, and packaging meals for timely delivery through the platform. The Home Chef will manage kitchen operations,



maintain cleanliness and food safety, and coordinate with the Gaaloh team on order schedules, customer feedback, and promotions. In addition, the role involves sharing food stories, engaging with customers through photos or short content, and participating in community initiatives that build a loyal customer base and personal brand.
Qualifications
Robust culinary skills, including home-style cooking, menu planning, and an understanding of regional and/or international cuisines.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and basic kitchen management, including ingredient storage and portion control.
Ability to manage time, multiple orders, and inventory efficiently while maintaining consistent quality.
Comfort using mobile apps and basic digital tools for order management, communication, and content sharing.
Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills and a passion for hospitality and commun
