Position: Senior Engineer – QA Automation (CE46ST RM 4392)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer – QA Automation with strong hands-on experience in Python, Robot Framework, Appium, and Mobile Automation. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end automation solutions across embedded systems, mobile applications, and cloud-based platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in automation framework development, test execution within CI/CD pipelines, and system-level end-to-end testing.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and infrastructure.
Create and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications based on requirements and manual test cases.
Develop reusable Robot Framework keywords and Python-based automation utilities.
Automate test scenarios for mobile applications using Appium.
Execute and maintain automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Analyze test execution results, investigate failures, log defects,



and validate fixes.
Perform system-level and end-to-end (E2E) testing across integrated solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and automation best practices.
Partner with stakeholders to align testing strategies with business objectives.

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with Python, Robot Framework, Appium, Mobile Test Automation
4 to 7 years of QA Automation experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Python development experience for automation testing.
Experience in designing, developing, and enhancing automation frameworks.
Robust knowledge of Jenkins (CI/CD), Git, Jira, Confluence
Experience with debugging, defect management, and test reporting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
