Roles and Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Source and attract qualified candidates using multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other job boards and networking platforms.
•⁠ ⁠Manage the full-cycle recruitment process end-to-end, including resume screening, initial interviews, technical assessments, candidate coordination, offer support, and onboarding activities.
•⁠ ⁠Work extensively with W2 and C2C hiring models, supporting candidates such as U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and H1B professionals.
•⁠ ⁠Utilize diverse recruiting strategies such as headhunting, cold calling, referrals, social networking, and internet-based sourcing tools to build a strong talent pipeline.
•⁠ ⁠Quickly understand technical job requirements and efficiently submit qualified consultant profiles within tight timelines.
•⁠ ⁠Act as a primary point of contact for candidates,



addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:
- ⁠6+ years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting Network Engineers, Network Architects, Cybersecurity Engineers, IAM Engineers, AI Architects, Cloud Engineers, IP Services Engineers, Vulnerability Management Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, Security Analysts, Energy Program Managers, Project Managers, and Technical Architects.
- Experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, and MSP/VMS environments.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing, visa classifications, W2/C2C/1099, and tax terms.
- Excellent communication, sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- MUST experience in US staffing.
- Must have good English communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
